Which site this covers

FutureTopper operates two sites. futuretopper.in is our ebook store, which is live today and has its own policy published on that site. futuretopper.com is the mock test platform we are building, and this policy covers it.

They are separate products with separate accounts. An account on one does not create an account on the other, and we do not merge the two customer lists.

What we collect right now

Only your email address, and only when you submit it through the launch notification form on the home page.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, exam, location or payment details at this stage, because we have nothing to use them for yet.

What we do with it

• Send you one email when the mock test platform launches.
• Nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone. We do not add you to a newsletter. If we ever want to email you about something other than the launch, we will ask first.

What we collect automatically

Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — kept for security and to understand how much traffic the site is getting. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the launch list until the platform goes live and we have sent that email, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Your choices

Write to us at privacy@futuretopper.com and we will remove your email from the list. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to have an account. We will confirm once it is done.

You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.

When the platform launches

Once the mock test platform is live it will handle accounts, test attempts and payments, which means it will collect considerably more than an email address. We will publish a fuller policy covering all of that before anyone can sign up, and we will not apply it retroactively to what you have given us today.
