Write for Future Topper

We publish practical exam preparation writing from people who have sat the exams or teach them. If you can help an aspirant gain marks, save time or avoid a mistake, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for

  • Strategy from experience: how you planned your preparation, what your mock scores looked like and what changed them.
  • Section and topic guides: how to approach DILR sets, NEET Biology revision, JEE Physics numericals and similar.
  • Exam-day and test-taking skills: time management, question selection, handling a bad section.
  • Exam analysis: a clear breakdown of a recent paper's difficulty and pattern.

We also hire question writers and reviewers for our mock papers. If you have deep subject knowledge in any exam we cover, mention it in your pitch.

What we do not publish

  • Articles written mainly to place a link to another site.
  • Content generated without real experience or checking.
  • Leaked, copied or unverified exam questions.
  • Promotion of coaching institutes or paid services.

Writing guidelines

  • Write for one exam and one reader. Specific beats general.
  • Back claims with your own numbers (scores, percentiles, hours) where you can.
  • Keep it original and unpublished anywhere else.
  • Aim for 800 to 1,500 words. Short, useful pieces are welcome.

How to pitch

Email support@futuretopper.com with a subject line that starts with "Pitch:" followed by the exam and topic, for example "Pitch: CAT DILR set selection". Include:

  1. A two or three line summary of your idea.
  2. Why you are the right person to write it (your score, rank, teaching experience).
  3. One or two links to anything you have written before, if you have them.

We reply to pitches we can use within two weeks. Accepted authors get a byline and a short bio on every piece they publish with us.
