Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use futuretopper.com ("Future Topper", "we", "us"), operated by Future Topper. By creating an account or taking a test, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use Future Topper

You may use Future Topper if you can form a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and consent to your use of the site on your behalf.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • Single exam and Category Pack accounts are for one person. Sharing those plans, or their paid access, is not allowed. An All-Access plan may be shared by up to four people on the same account.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@futuretopper.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. Plans, access and validity

  • Free access covers the first three mocks in every live exam.
  • Paid plans (Single exam, Category Pack, All-Access) unlock the papers and analysis described on the Plans page at the time of purchase.
  • Yearly plans last one year from purchase and do not renew automatically. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
  • Exams marked "In build" or "Coming soon" are not yet available. A Category Pack or All-Access plan includes them only if they launch during your plan's validity.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR, USD or AED. The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay. We do not store your full card or bank details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, record, screenshot for distribution, scrape or republish questions, solutions or analysis;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated means to access tests;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

6. Our content

All papers, questions, solutions, analysis, software and branding belong to Future Topper or its licensors. Your plan gives you a licence to use them for preparation. Single exam and Category Pack licences are personal and non-transferable. An All-Access plan may be used by up to four people on the same account.

7. Scores and predictions

Mock scores and tool results are for practice only. We do not guarantee any exam result, score, rank or admission.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features and papers. If a paid feature you bought is withdrawn, we will offer a fair remedy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a lost opportunity or exam outcome.

10. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or end access under section 5. Sections 6, 7 and 9 continue after your account ends.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.

12. Grievances and changes

For any complaint, email the Grievance Officer at support@futuretopper.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
